The program is called cross-exercises. It’s a combination of kickboxing “Cross Point Style”, body sculpting with resistance bands “Cross Point Style”, plyometrics, calisthenics, high power jumps, and many other combination exercises.

This program we have designed is so effective that I see my clients experience results in weight loss, stamina increased, endurance, flexibility, and mental clarity within 4 weeks of training with me 3 times a week for 1 hour.
